We collect personal information such as name, email address, mobile number, company details, Aadhaar card, PAN card, and subscription information when clients register, upload documents, or subscribe to our services. Technical data including IP address, browser type, and cookies may also be collected to improve website performance and security.

The information collected is used to verify identity, process virtual office subscriptions, provide GST registration address services, generate agreements with NOC and electricity bill, manage coworking space bookings, enable secure email OTP login, and administer affiliate commissions. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways, and we do not store card or banking details on our servers. Uploaded documents are securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel for compliance and verification purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, password hashing, secure server hosting, restricted admin access, and protected document storage. Terms & Conditions

By using the services of 24Workation, including Virtual Office in Mahipalpur, Delhi and Coworking Space near IGI Airport, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Our virtual office services include company registration address, GST registration address, MSME registration support, bank account assistance, mail forwarding, digital presence support, and documentation such as agreement, NOC, and electricity bill. Coworking services include fully furnished office space, high-speed WiFi, pantry facilities, and CCTV surveillance. Service activation begins only after document verification and successful payment.

Clients are required to provide genuine Aadhaar and PAN documents for verification and must use the provided business address strictly for lawful purposes. Any misuse, submission of false information, or involvement in illegal activities may result in immediate termination of services without refund. Pricing and subscription plans are applicable as per the selected duration, and confirmed subscriptions remain valid for the agreed period.

All subscriptions are valid only for the selected duration, whether one year, two years, or three years. Upon expiry of the subscription period, all services including address usage, mail handling, coworking access, and related benefits will automatically stop. Renewal payment is mandatory to resume services, and failure to renew may result in suspension of service benefits. These terms are governed by Indian law with jurisdiction in New Delhi.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2018

24Workation follows a strict no-refund policy once services have been delivered. Service delivery includes document approval, issuance of agreement, NOC, electricity bill, activation of business address usage, or allocation of coworking seats. Once any of these services are provided, the subscription is considered delivered and refunds cannot be processed under any circumstances.

Refunds will not be granted due to change of mind, government processing delays, bank rejections, business closure, incorrect documentation submitted by the client, or any regulatory issues. All subscription payments, once activated, are final and non-refundable. This applies to virtual office plans, GST registration address services, company registration address services, and coworking space bookings.

Subscription services are valid only for the selected duration, and no partial refund will be issued for unused time if the client chooses to discontinue before expiry. After the subscription period ends, services automatically stop, and renewal is required to continue. By subscribing to our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this strict refund policy.
